Lidewij Edelkoort asked 8 food artists around the world: “How can we come together?”
In order to prevent the growing need for nationalism and not to rewrite the history of the 20th century, Lidewij Edelkoort wondered how we could come together. 8 food artists from around the world were challenged by this topic and showed us their vision of the future.
